Rodney Stone is an entertainment executive who has produced, distributed, and acted in features films and TV shows for over 40 years. Mr. Stone has worked with Warner Bros, Sony, Hallmark, Paramount, and many other leading entertainment companies. He has produced The Last Ride starring Henry Thomas and Kaley Cuoco, and comedy Senior Moment starring Christopher Lloyd and William Shatner, The Pistol -The Birth of a Legend, Christmas At The Chateau and Last Ounce of Courage. 

Mr. Stone was personally mentored by Warner Bros' President Barry Reardon and Harry Thomason, executive producer of Designing Women, Evening Shade, and Hearts of Fire.  Hollywood Reporter recognized his exploits with The Pistol - The Birth Of A Legend as the most innovative way to release a major motion picture through corporate sponsor partnership with Chick-Fil-A.   Mr. Stone was also instrumental in Hallmark Cards creation of the popular Hallmark Pictures & Television Network.  Barry Reardon President WB Pictures hired Rodney Stone as Marketing Director to the Inspirational Market, where he helped distribute films like The Mission starring Robert De Niro. The film was a critical success including multiple Oscar, BAFTA, and Golden Globe nominations and wins including the prestigious Palm d' Or at the Cannes Film Festival.

Mr. Stone began his entertainment career as a recording artist and later as an actor on TV series like Designing Women and films like Poor Little Rich Girl starring Farrah Fawcett. He got his start in film production working on The Hitcher with Rutger Hauer, Once Upon A Texas Train with Willie Nelson, Inherit the Wind with Kirk Douglas, and Mistress starring Victoria Principal.

He and his wife Tamara, his managing partner in Short Horse Productions, have been married for 42 years and have four children.
